Preventative Maintenance - Cleaning

A thorough cleaning of your PC, keyboard and monitor from a qualified technician insures that you PC remains dust free. As dust builds up in a computer it is not able to cool as effectively and can cause components to not work properly or fail all together. Our on-site PM/Cleaning service includes:

• Removal of the computer chassis cover and visual inspection of the components
• Dusting & vacuuming of the internal computer chassis with ESD rated vacuums and non-flammable gas (canned air)
• Dusting & vacuuming of monitor (without cover removal)
• Dusting & vacuuming of keyboard
• Wipe down of the larger chips/components in the computer with cleaning solution
• Cleaning of floppy, CD-Rom and DVD drives
• Cleaning of expansion port bays (notebooks only)
• Cleaning of screen with anti-glare cleaning solution
• Wipe down of entire system with anti-static solution

Cost: $45.00 for the first computer, $40.00 for every additional computer

Preventative Maintenance with Software Updates

Updating your systems computer software is just as important as keeping the system clean. Our technicians will not only clean the system, but also insure that your computer system receives operating system software maintenance to insure that operates trouble free and securely. This service includes:

• all of the services provided with PM/Cleaning
• install all recent operating system patches and service packs on your system
• If possible, install latest anti-virus files for your anti-virus package
• perform a system optimization, tuning to insure that old and unused computer system settings are removed resulting in improved system performance
• technician will initiate a defragmentaton of your systems hard disk drive

Cost: $65.00 for the first computer, $60.00 for every additional computer
