Computer Repair Rates:

Within 10 mile radius of Taylors Falls, Minnesota or dropped off in our office (directions):

• $25.00 for first 15 minutes - this is the lowest onsite service call price we know of
• Once a diagnosis is made we can generally quote you a complete price for the repair
• All calls billed in quarter hour increments (Standard price of $20.00 per quarter hour)
• Continuation of same call on different day continues to bill @ $20.00 per quarter hour (no additional trip charge)

Calls outside of 10 mile radius:

• Additional $.40 per mile trip charge beyond 10 mile radius
• Additional trip charge is billed for re-visits on same call beyond the 10 mile radius

After hours calls:

• In-home calls by appointment - Standard Rates
• After hours emergency calls + $15.00 per quarter hour
• Holiday emergency service + $25.00 per quarter hour
